Shipping policy
Free tracked shipping
Every order ships free with tracking to all 27 EU countries, the United Kingdom and the United States. There's no minimum order.
Delivery times
- Processing: orders are prepared and handed to the carrier within 1–3 business days.
- Delivery: 7–14 business days after dispatch to the EU, UK and US.
Delivery can take a few days longer around holidays and in remote areas.
Tracking your order
As soon as your order ships, we email you a tracking number and link. Tracking can take 2–3 days to show the first update. If it hasn't moved after 5 business days, email us and we'll look into it.
Shipping address
Please double-check your address and phone number at checkout; the carrier uses the phone number to contact you about delivery. If you notice a mistake, email us right away. We can change the address until the order has shipped.
Customs and import charges
Orders to the EU, UK and US are normally delivered without extra charges on arrival. If a customs authority ever asks you to pay an import fee for your order, contact us before paying.
Lost or damaged parcels
If your parcel is lost, or arrives damaged, email us with your order number and a photo of the parcel if possible. We'll send a replacement or refund you in full.
