30-day money-back guarantee
If you're not happy with your Quickvac vacuum, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the product price. That's longer than the 14-day right of withdrawal EU law gives you, and it doesn't replace any of your legal rights.
How to return an item
- Email us at spade.helmuts@gmail.com with your order number and tell us you'd like to return it. You don't need to give a reason.
- We'll reply within 1 business day with the return address and instructions.
- Pack the vacuum and everything that came with it and send it back within 14 days of contacting us.
Please don't send items back before contacting us, because we can't match parcels without an order number.
Refunds
Once your return arrives, we refund the full product price to your original payment method within 14 days. Shipping to you was free, so there's nothing extra to deduct. Return postage is paid by you, unless the item arrived faulty or wrong.
Faulty, damaged or wrong items
If your vacuum arrives damaged, stops working, or isn't what you ordered, email us a short description and a photo or video. We'll send a free replacement or a full refund, whichever you prefer, and you won't pay any return postage. EU customers also keep the 2-year legal guarantee of conformity.
Cancelling an order
You can cancel free of charge until your order has shipped. Email us as soon as possible with your order number.
